Garlic and onion have been an age-old remedy for hair loss. The two ingredients strengthen hair follicles and prevent hair loss. Blend and strain 2 onions and 4 5 garlic cloves and extract the juice. Apply on hair and massage the scalp. Leave the mixture on for 10 minutes and wash hair with shampoo as usual
